500g beef sirloin or ribeye (cut into bite-sized cubes)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic (minced)

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:
